About the product

We're launching Watchover — a mobile-first product for Tier-1 markets (North America, EU). We're building a safe digital environment and giving parents the tools to guide their children's development through the quality of the content they consume.

About the role

We're looking for a Founding Engineer to lead technical development from 0 to 1: from the first architecture and MVP to a production-ready mobile ecosystem. This isn't a role where you take tickets. You own the technical side of the product — propose solutions, build architecture, integrate services, own quality, stability, releases, and delivery speed.

You'll work closely with an AI Engineer, Product Manager, and User Acquisition Manager. The job lives at the intersection of mobile, backend, AI, and product logic.

We're looking for an AI-era developer — someone oriented toward fast time-to-market who actively uses AI tools (Codex, Claude Code) to accelerate development.

What you'll do

  1. 01.

    End-to-end development of Watchover on Flutter (iOS/Android)

  2. 02.

    Build and maintain Backend-for-Frontend (BFF): Supabase or Firebase, Cloud/Edge Functions for data aggregation

  3. 03.

    Orchestrate interactions with AI microservices: async flows between app, BFF, and autonomous AI services

  4. 04.

    Set up real-time sync (WebSockets / Firestore) for instant parental access control

  5. 05.

    Integrate subscriptions and mobile payments via RevenueCat / Adapty / In-App Purchase

  6. 06.

    Integrate web payments and billing flows via Stripe

  7. 07.

    Build product analytics: Firebase Analytics / Amplitude / Mixpanel

  8. 08.

    Work with attribution systems: AppsFlyer / Adjust

  9. 09.

    Set up push notifications and deep linking flows

What we expect

  1. 01.

    Flutter expertise with proven track record of shipped cross-platform apps — 4–5+ years commercial experience

  2. 02.

    Native iOS/Android experience: you're not lost when Flutter packages don't work

  3. 03.

    Full-stack thinking: hands-on experience with BaaS (Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify) and understanding of custom backend API design

  4. 04.

    Product-minded: you think in terms of user experience and business metrics, propose the right technical solution for fast hypothesis testing

  5. 05.

    AI-augmented development: you actively use modern AI coding tools in your daily work
